Wanted to Love It… Didn’t Reach for It
"I received the gua sha as a free gift with my Loving Tan order, and while I appreciated the extra, it’s not something I’ve ended up using much. The material feels a bit off to me — almost chalky or draggy on the skin — which makes the experience less enjoyable, especially if you’re sensitive to textures. It also doesn’t stay cold for long after being in the fridge or freezer, so you don’t really get that lasting cooling effect. I also noticed that it tends to make my skincare pill unless I use a lot of oil, which adds an extra step I don’t always want to deal with. Overall, it’s a nice bonus item, but not something I’d go out of my way to purchase. I think it could be better with a smoother material or higher-quality finish."
